When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, message and confirmation that you accepted this Privacy Policy. The website and its hosting infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested page, date and time, and security logs.

4. Legal basis
Contact-form information is processed because you request communication from us and provide consent through the form. Technical logs may be processed for the legitimate interest of maintaining a secure and functional website and where required by law.
5. Contact-form delivery and storage
The custom contact form sends your message to info@viaproject-ks.com using the WordPress mail function. The theme does not intentionally store submitted messages in the WordPress database. Copies may remain in the sender's and recipient's email systems and in normal mail-server logs.
6. Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted through third-party hosting and internet infrastructure providers. These providers may process server logs and IP addresses as necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or advertising tracking on this website.
7. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be accessible only to VIA Project and service providers that are necessary for hosting, email delivery, security or website maintenance, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
8. Retention
Inquiry emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Technical server logs are retained according to the hosting provider's operational and security settings.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority in Kosovo.
10. External links
The website links to Facebook, TikTok and individual team profiles. Those services have their own privacy policies and may collect data when you visit them.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including input sanitisation, form security tokens and spam-prevention measures. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
