By using the VIA Project website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Website purpose

This website presents architectural, interior, exterior, landscape and construction work by VIA Project and provides a way to contact the studio. Website content is general portfolio and informational material and does not by itself constitute a binding professional offer or contract.

2. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, project photographs, renders, drawings, plans, text, graphics, branding, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to VIA Project. They may not be copied, reproduced, altered, republished, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

3. Project information and visualisations

Descriptions, dimensions, dates, locations, plans, renderings and project status may be simplified or updated. Visualisations can represent concepts and may differ from completed construction, final materials or site conditions.

4. Permitted use

You may browse the website and share links to its pages for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. Automated scraping, unauthorised downloading, removal of credits and misleading presentation of VIA Project material are prohibited.

5. Contact form

You must provide accurate information and may not use the form for spam, unlawful content, malware, harassment or impersonation. Sending a message does not create an architect-client relationship, construction agreement or confidentiality obligation unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Accuracy and availability

VIA Project aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is complete, current or error-free. Content may be changed, suspended or removed without prior notice.

Links to social networks and third-party websites are provided for convenience. VIA Project does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIA Project is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or linked third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute will be addressed by the competent courts, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
